Photography is art! A visual expression of an inspiration. Just like a poem, like music. And it has to touch!

A beautiful picture should move the emotions, wave the imagination, wake warm feelings, bring back some memories, new unintended fantasies. If an image could do that, then it’s good.

Time! Where nothing is ever repeating.

Catching a moment, and sharing it with the world. Without preparation, without expectations, beauty is happening in an instant. Photographing instants is like capturing eternity. What could be more precious?! It’s not always possible, even not always technically perfect results, but Nature itself is full of imperfections, which make it unique.
This world is an amazing place to be. Look around! This wonderful nature, with all the spectacular colors of sunsets, sunrises, seasons changing, and bringing brand new views, and brand new decors to the scene called life. It’s an ever changing instant performance. In the great Theater of time.

About artist himself:

I am Daniel, photographer currently based in Prague, Czech Republic. Since age of 13, I discovered that arts and music are my passion. Later Absenth became an art project, that included both photography and music, as different expressive tools. Recently I established new label – Play The Light, that is only dedicated to fine art and people photography. For me in my life, I found art is an obsession!

With Absenth Photography I would like to share my inspiration and my very personal impressions from the beauty and wonders around me!

Absenth Photograpy and later Play The Light are personal visual project started in year 2011, that currently includes both landscape and people photography. I am exploring multiple photo genres – from classic landscapes, seascapes, cloudscapes, to digital composites and abstract photography; from classic portraits, to sensual genres like glamour, boudoir and art nude (Play The Light Photography Project). Images and genres are available in site galleries.
